Elevator smelled awful, room better than expected.

Great service from the staff!

Had a nice stay while traveling through. The staff was super helpful, especially Brian who helped me carry my bags up to the second floor. Found a cool picnic area out back too! The only thing was the elevator was outta order, which made lugging my stuff up a bit of a hassle.

The room was spacious, but I encountered issues with the broken elevator.

Family with children seem to love it

We made a reservation and even tho there was a confusion at the front desk this guy Allen worked his ass off to sort it out and then made sure we got the right room when they gave us a mix-up with double beds instead of king. The breakfast staff were outstanding so friendly and quick to get us what we needed like when I asked for some extra bacon and she didn’t hesitate to refill it right away

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast spread was phenomenal, with the best bacon ever. My room was clean and spacious. The shower had great water pressure, which I adored. Definitely coming back!

The staff at breakfast were fantastic, especially the lady who filled my ice bucket when the one on our floor wasn’t working. The location is great. we enjoyed exploring local sites like the Clark Hotel Museum. Having a tidy room made our stay more comfortable with our two teens.

My children wished for more elevator accessibility. carrying bags up to the third floor was challenging after a long drive.

It was just a strong match for a quick break in Van Horn with incredible value for money. The pool needed cleaning. we skimmed it ourselves to let the kids enjoy. Consider asking for a quieter room away from the highway.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Van Horn, An Ihg Hotel, was impeccably clean, featuring spacious corridors and accessible features that made moving around easy. The decorations were tasteful and inviting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The breakfast was really good with bacon and eggs. The room was spacious, had air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. The fitness center was great, and the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I requested a quiet room, but I ended up next to a busy door that banged loudly all night. This disrupted my sleep quite a bit. Despite these problems, the stay was mostly enjoyable, and I would consider coming back.
